I have been making lots of dehydrated potatoes, they work good for scalloped pots or soups and they store forever and I do not have to spend the time canning them. I am also making up packets of seasoning mixes to go with them. My cupboards are getting full, will have to try and find another place to store
things, wish I had a basement. | |
