Leaders For Tomorrow

We need to start reviewing potential rising stars.
The most basic standards are they need to measure up to "The Nine Principles"
but we would do well to resolve some of our differences and build a system here.

I will add some polling questions to find out where we flex and bend and were we don't. I would actually hope there will be all party affiliations in the 9/12 project so it is likely some are looking for good democrats, some will think there's no such thing and some will want to through every last one of them out.

With this passion we will need to understand while we are all looking for something, It will be unlikely that it's the same thing. I would rather a democrat and/ or republican elected from 9/12ers than not. Lets try to work together.
